10. Elira breaks down crying when delivering the news because she's been trying to mediate between the two groups and considering how Luxiem reacted to it, she knows that there will be some bad blood between the talents and she can't do anything about it. Her "family" experiment lies in tatters.

This is what i dont quite like from Nijisanji overall. I dont hae anything against the talents, but they should seriously try to not have so many vtubers.
Management-wise it's a nightmare because every new liver is a potential risk for leaking or creating in-fighting, and it's pretty obvious that at this point the management is either incompetent or stretched too thin (as in handling two or more talents per manager) because they are not doing enough to contain or solve these issues.
As a result this has only become a timebomb that might go off in any moment. Defusing this situation among the talents will require a lot of effort, and even if it's successful that sort of feelings won't just magically go away.
