I think it works well cause it doesn't feel overwhelming. The tattoos aren't excessive and make a good asymmetry on her legs and match her nails. The tail and hat match so it seems natural and a good similarity. The ear piercings are kind of hard to see but add a nice detail not seen elsewhere. The belly button piercing adds more emphasis to her already showing stomach, drawing even more attention to it. God, I love Towa.

Not to pick on you personally, but I see this constantly said, "Her voice doesn't match her model!" and I think it is nonsense. Her design is a late teen/early 20s demon scenester who appears to have a naughty streak. You don't want someone with too soft a voice or one of an older sister either. Towa's initial voice before she got nasally is cool and mature but with a hint of youthful raspiness which is perfect for such a character. The only thing I will agree with is that because Towa is playing her dorky self, she doesn't bring out the cool and naughty side like she could. But I think she is fully capable of doing so if she put her mind to it.
