My grandfather was stationed in Okinawa, but just in general, military bases are just big frat parties and houses. I can understand why Okinawans don't like Americans and had us. I know a guy at work who was stationed in Korea and he said once he came to base so drunk he collapsed in the base parking lot and slept there all night.
