I just finished an ayame one weapon run myself.
It was okay but I still didn't care for it much, that extremely high "minimum attack delay" on her main weapon spoils most of the benefit of her getting such a large haste bonus with its mandatory dead time between swings. The haste stamp helps a lot to make it less notable but it is still on the slow side.

But to be serious, even if I do try to make up a kit for Flare with all references she has so far, the ending result doesn't really sound fun to play - it's like designing Maria's moveset from Castlevania SotN (Saturn version) but then dropping all of it and ending with Maria's moveset from Castlevania Rondo of Blood (or PSP version of SotN). Her "cute than cool" rule even affected her voice, and unlike Towa she doesn't change her voice because other people dislike it.

Don't think so - I think IDs like Ollie and Kaela mentioned something on their streams but they never directly asked Kay Yu to design their kits in specific way (probably to not sound too bossy / arrogant). I mean, if Kiara was the only holomem to actually ask Kay Yu about HoloCure 0.5 early access (this was brought up when someone on Reddit asked him "wow why didn't you gave Kaela early access, she streams your fangame so many times" and he replied with "because Kiara was the only one who asked" - thankfully, later on other holomems like Lamy and Kaela also asked him for it) then I imagine that majority of holomems never really talked with him in the first place..

If this doesnt count for you I think Ollie being a zombie could be the best bet for one. Something like she can have a passive which works like:
Living Dead: Gains % stats = to Max HP - Current HP / 2. At the same time give her another passive that works like a last stand (i.e. upon taking fatal damage cannot fall below 1 HP for x seconds)

I had fun building tanky with her at first. Her Special's a full heal plus-change so once you grab Piiman + Breastplate you're basically set, no healing items required. AFIAK the bulk of her damage is from MukiRose so all you've really gotta do is exist near a hoard and let the debuffs stack up.
I only say "at first" because I've actually been meaning to ask this thread about that; how do the debuff stacks in her base kit interplay with weapon/stamp/item debuffs, and does MukiRose proc off them too? I've consistently been maxing Slow & Flower on her and going for >>43877192 under the presumption it does. Furthermore, does it proc on stacks to existing debuffs or only when a new stat gets its 1st debuff?

Max out "Weapon Limit" in the Shop. It'll stop weapons from spawning & drop the Aqua stamp early, so you can focus on stat-ups from the 5min mark onwards & fuck around with builds. DESU it makes several items entirely skippable too, since they're just bulk stat-ups.

Getting everyone to G.rank21 is so cheap i was pleasantly surprised, got 5 gachi's so far, mori,kiara,choco,mel and ayame, the game seriously need some type of crafting system, but im enjoying myself right now, even the hard stages fell very doable with halu5 with a solid healing build, kusogaki shackles is fucking bleasing

Kusogaki Shackles don't prevent the enemy speed, hp and attack increasing penalty of Halu though.
I just can't usually find a place for it in my builds. You'd need at least 2 other items with penalties but for something like facemask I'd rather just take membership (where the penalty doesn't even matter) and use the 25% from there to eat up most of the 30% from facemask, while also getting a 50% bonus attack too.

Honestly I won't be surprised if Membership is getting nerfed next update so the coin spent scales depending on the coins multiplier for the stage. Currently with all coins upgrade from shop picking up a single coin in S2H gives you 48 coins, a whooping 16s of Membership. It's stupid cheap considering how 50% Atk and 25% damage from only one item is absolutely broken. Also now with the existence of Shackles they can at least justify making the downside of items more severe.

I was thinking it should as well and I hope they do. When 0.5 originally released the multiplier was bugged and you didn't get extra in stage 2 hard or stage 3, but now you get more than you need.

I don't think the shackles are really that good unless are going for a inyection & gorilla paw build. Because the penalty of the bottle, facemask, armor and membership (lol) are si meaningless that really don't matter. Soda can and Bibi hay are annoying but fell into the niche of certains characters so there is also no reason to use shackles with them.

You're membership coin penalty would matter if you weren't playing with the coin upgrade maxed out.

And even then, it wouldn't matter that much due to the the huge 1.6x coin multiplier, marketing, halu etc. Even if you got membership as your very first drop on a stage run, 20 minutes at 3x second is only going to be 3,600 coins.
