If they are earning mad bucks just for streaming and playing videogames they are for sure not going to quit anytime soon, at worst they will just stream much less but never quit.
The financial security that comes with streaming is just too good, you never have to take on another job ever again and can enjoy life however you want.

They will pull of an Ayame at some point and stream 1-2 times a month to keep the subscriptions in check and enjoy life.

Even the biggest of the biggest streamers and youtubers barely last 5 years. There is exceptions of course, but they are so rare.

Vtubers will probably last a bit longer than normal streamers because of the hard dedication of the fanbases, but this is not something people can do for too long.
