There really isn't anything to base a fic off of with the 2.0 transformation. Unlike the flare 2.0 where I think you make fic out of flare wanting to be cute rather than cool, there isn't a good story out of the IRyS update other than, she's actually cute now.
Maybe a spiritual sequel to that paper bag IRyS fic? Something about her dealing with being beautiful now and anxiety about whether he'll still see her the same.

I guess it would depend on the setting on how you actually want the transformation to effect her. Like, I don't really know the full hopepill lore of her, just that she's some embodiment of hope but also has a split angel/devil thing going on? You could try to play on how the original is more about hope in a cynical sense, where the transformation is more positive. The design difference between the two actually opens up an opportunity for some real shiczo hours plotlines. She physically swaps appearances depending on what side is domininant at the moment.

That was pretty intense overall. I gotta say I enjoy how you illustrate accents and mannerisms in speech. How you sounded out slurred and drunken speech is something I will probably end up taking inspiration from at some point. The bar scene near the end was a favorite of mine. The scene transitions felt like a roller coaster, but the formatting and the overall vibe of the chapter helps it read in a way that feels good. Only critique I think I have is that I'm not always certain how much time has passed between scenes. Also the sushi shop scene could use a small extra proofread, there was just one possible spelling error and a contraction error. I'm interested to know what your worries are since I think this is really solid and exciting to read. Keep it up!

Thanks for the compliments! Part of my worries are that my dialogue can come of as..hokey? The transitions were my biggest concern, as somebody had said about the previous chapter that it had flowed from scene to scene really well and looking at this chapter I was thinking that it wasn't as good at that this time around, but I really couldn't think of a better way to handle it. That, and the longer glimpses into Anon's backstory potentially being uninteresting to some, as well as it being weird that Anon and Shinove having no clue that Kson was the chick from the end of Ch.2 despite her being a known streamer, which I do have an answer for I just wasn't able to comfortably work it into this chapter.

I'll be sure to try and work on making the passage of time between scenes more clear, too!

I think the dialogue is just fine. As you continue to write more you'll think of little ways to present it to strike more of what you might be going for. As of this chapter everything read fine, I could hear the grittiness in some of the conversations as well as the exasperation.

I also like to take a "wait and see" approach when it comes to unanswered questions I might have in regards to the plot or characters if a story is unfinished or part of an overarching story. Some questions are best left answered later. Be proud of this chapter and keep on striving to get even better.

It's always high octane action with this series and I absolutely love it. I honestly don't see what you have to be nervous about with this, it's fucking prime. The dialogue, the characters, the action (especially the action), all come together to make something real gripping; got me kinda hyped up while reading through.
If had to reach for a nitpick, I'd say some transitions were disorienting, especially the one at the sushi place, but that I could just chalk that down to me being a little slow.
I would contest the use of 'bruv' in every sentence but hearing myself talk sometimes, I can say it's disappointingly spot on

Great chapter. I always appreciate how you do action scenes and I think this will always be my go-to for doing them. I especially enjoyed the club scene, great ratcheting up the tension there.

I will say that there are some scenes or plot elements that leave me confused about the jump between them. It clicked after a couple of rereads but I feel like it's something to point out. I've always been proud of the action in this series, and the stairway brawl is probably my favourite of the one's I've done so far. Like I said earlier, I was a bit worried about the scene transitions so I'll be sure to give them some more consideration next chapter. Though there probably will be less of them next chapter anyway based off of what I'm planning.

I knew there's a few people from the U.K around here, and I was wondering if any of them would catch on to that. Billy's a reference to a very specific person and I've always gotten mixed answers on if how often that guy says it is deliberate overuse or not. That's probably my biggest worry involving the mysteries in this story and my skills as an author is being able to properly get across what I want the audience to know, compared to what I already know and also what the character's already know. I suppose that's just something I'll have to work on but looking back now I can see how Anon hearing about Toru and making the link that it was the same guy who tried to mug Astel was a little unclear, as well as the sort of 'reveal' that Anon knows of Kson just not via her being a streamer, I'll be sure to keep that in mind going forward.

Yeah I understand, I've been there before. When you're pulling a lot of plot threads simultaneously, dramatic irony can get a bit tricky, especially as a writer where it "makes sense to you." Whenever I am in doubt I make it direct but your mileage may vary, especially in a story like this.

She touched the bandages, then crumpled, hot tears staining her cheeks. She'd been voilated and used, then sliced apart like a fucking science experiment. Bile rose in her throat and she puked into the sink. The substance mixed into a murk with the running water, flowing down the drain, just, Pippa thought, like her own life.

Epilogue:
The director of the mental institution sighed, straightening his papers, then looked up at Pippa's husband. "The entire pregnancy seems to have taken more of a toll on her than we thought. It seems that, as a defense, a personality called Pippa surfaced. She seemed to think we were all insects. Or African Americans. Or both," The doctor re-read the part about 'white bugniggers' and raised an eyebrow. "Either way, this pregnancy was perhaps ill-advised." The husband held the infant gently. "I know... but you know her, there's no way she would have agreed to any sort of abortion, and she would have known that a 'miscarriage' was fowl play. I think this may be for the best." The doctor rubbed his nose where his spectacles normally sat. "Either way, it's over now. I'm sorry that natural birth wasn't an option, she was in too much pain, even with an epidural. A cesarean was the only way to go." The husband nodded somberly. "I understand, doc. When can she go home?" The doctor looked away from the man's gaze into a monitor, watching 'Pippa' watching running water in the sink. He sighed. "Until the cesarean closes, two weeks. But I think I should observe her longer, at least-" "No. She'll want to be with the baby. And her episodes have been getting better, in fact they were gone before we took her off her pills for the anesthetic. It'll be ok." "Fine. Fine, then in two weeks, you can take her home."
