I didn't recall the 'They're not from Hololive' part until I read it. She's probably not the sort to go 'um ackshually' and mean the graduated girls, who're no longer part of Holo, so now I'm thinking it's someone big like Ado or Utada Hikaru. BGV might be disbanding, but having them come on isn't a 'one-time thing' in itself.
