But that DOESN'T sound dumb - there's logic in applying hll1 LoRA to hll3.1 or vice versa - same as you might get out of doing a WS of the same merge, but with different versions of hll mixed in.

Install it for all users, you'll probably need to run the installer as admin. That means it'll say it's installing to Program Files
Don't uncheck the TCL/tk/IDLE box, kek

Then just follow the NAI speedrun guide. Skip downloading the NovelAi torrent. Get a model from the vtuber model mix rentry. There are links to VAE files there as well, which are the only two "other" things you need after webui itself. Set ENSD to 31337 like it says to. Clip skip 2. Prompt.

Yeah that was a bad screencap and out of desperation I tried to disable the model to see if it would work. Obviously I tried for both canny - canny, openpose - openpose.
