I had a 1060 6GB and now a 3060 12GB, I got quite large speed increase on both of them. It might be the vram that is bottlenecking the performance, are you using the --medvram flag?

My non scientific comparison with basic SD1.5 on 3060 12GB, webui commit 3715ece0. Latest drivers/dependencies (especially watch out for newer torch versions they influence speed too)

Honestly, most of my feedback would be stylistic, as I tend to enjoy more realistic backgrounds (mix a small amount of pesto into your model) and colors that aren't as bright. In terms of your prompt, you could try being a bit more concise with your tag groupings, like moving anything related to the background to its own line and using line breaks OR + signs, not both. I used + for a while but found that line breaks work just as well and have the same effect.

In terms of making the gals fitter, I find that (toned, toned legs) is enough, but YMMV since you're using grapefruit.

Here's my prompt for BIGGER if you really wanna go architect (extensively tested and iterated): (thick thighs, thick arms, wide hips, thicc, huge breasts, huge ass, belly, chubby:1.5)

Negative prompts are basically juju, so if you think yours works, then more power to you. I just don't trust embeds, LoRA's, etc in the negative from personal experience.

Somebody please explain how the fucking divisions in Latent Couple work. The visualize button made shit worse FFS, they're not actually ratios. All I've gleaned is that it's Y:X (yes, Y:X).

For the colours and such, A lot of it is bleedover from the Draenei LoRa that I can't really get rid of without reducing its impact and then not generating very goaty people. My usual Mioposting and Album Covers generally aren't this "deep fried" colour wise, but I tested it to hell and back and I'm pretty sure it's a LoRa related issue. Either way, I like the more exaggerated and cartoony colours so I'm not personally too bothered even if it might be a sticking point for some.
I didn't know the program registered line breaks as a break, definitely gonna cut down on the + signs then. I mostly set it up this way for my own readability and to swap keywords easily, but yeah don't wanna overload it.

I am really into the fit stuff, so I purposefully go pretty hard on it, as my non-fit actually runs toned by default as well (gimme them stummies)

For the bigger stuff, I had it set to full architect and it was just absolutely horrible especially with the legs, and since I'm not really into it too much, I kept it bigger in just the right spots, this is definitely the tag that took the most regens to get non-horror output. nice to know that thicc works though haha

Thanks for the feedback, it's nice to be able to juggle a bit on my process and hear other takes on it, and there's definitely stuff here to take with me going forward. You mean "Whole picture"? In this setting, SD will be fed the entire image and you tell it to only draw the part you masked. This way SD will know the context of the entire image. In "Only Masked", the UI will *crop* out everything around your mask and feed it to SD. SD will not have the entire context, but you will require much less VRAM.
Additionally, width and height in "whole picture" defines the output resolution of the entire picture, whereas width and height in "only masked" defines the resolution of the crop. The output resolution stays the same in "only masked".

The real secret is that I quickly trained a lora for it - https://litter.catbox.moe/7v7h0i.safetensors (try "pointy nose" as a trigger)
WARNING: this lora sucks. I'll be the first to admit it sucks. My dataset was tiny and I don't think I did enough repeats + the composition of all the training pics was sort of the same, and this resulted in a lora that is both weak (you need heavy emphasis before it really makes the nose) and strong (it forces the face close-up very hard). It was good enough for me since I just wanted to make some kaiji face vtuber portraits but it's definitely not for general use
