Late to the conversation, but I'm going to jump in anyway, against my better judgement. I don't believe Silver is bipolar. I haven't seen her do anything that would suggest she has manic episodes. Unstable emotions stemming from anxiety, depression, childhood trauma? Sure. Absolutely.

Silver's problem is how she handles her emotions when she gets upset. One of two things will happen:
1. If she feels she is powerless in the situation, she'll break down, stress cry, capitulate, whatever. That's basically what is happening right now.
2. If she feels she has the power in the situation, claws come out. She snaps. Gets aggressive and accusatory. Stabs you right in the fucking heart. It feels horrible to be on the other side of an angry Silver.

The problem isn't that she gets upset for bad reasons. The problem is that she can't handle her emotions when she does. Either her self-respect or her empathy just flies right out the window depending on the situation. Seriously guys, look up "Rupture and Repair". Healthy cycles of repair are absolutely necessary to maintain relationships long term. Romantic relationships. Platonic relationships. Work relationships. Family relationships. Doesn't matter. Excessive rupture and repair can turn into cycles of abuse but no relationship worth keeping doesn't have healthy repair.

This is what can make it difficult to nail down a specific criticism of her. The reason she is upset is usually reasonable. It's the followup where she stumbles and falls. This is the relationship killer. You guys think a boyfriend can fix Silver? Silver has had five boyfriends and all of those relationships failed. You guys think sixth times a charm? Nah. This is what she has to get better at if any relationship with her is going to succeed.

You want me to lay down a pattern? I can do that.
1.) D&D Library? Melody made a comment about the vampire dude or whatever seeing Revlis/Silver as low class because she jumped right on the guy's dick immediately. Silver took the comment personally. "Melody slut-shamed me." Wouldn't surprise me if they never addressed the issue privately.
2.) Chatter that wanted her to play Rust with Mouse? Very publically known blowup she was criticised for. It's reasonable to ask chat to not make demands like that but she went nuclear on that motherfucker. Way overboard.
3.) Snuffy rrat? Wouldn't surprise me if Snuffy made an offhand comment or something that upset her and Silver didn't want to deal with it or her.
4.) Lesser known one. Veibae really, really wanted Silver to join her on stream to play Phasmophobia and to do so in VR specifically for some reason. Silver can get a little motion sick and frustrated with her VR tech sometimes and she really wasn't feeling up to do that that day. But apparently Vei was actually pretty pushy about this and it was upsetting Silver. She vented about it in Diamond chat. Eventually capitulated. She could have set a firmer boundary and said no but she chose not to.

Maybe you guys think I'm reaching for some of those, but I don't want to mention some of the more private issues I've seen in this pattern. The point here is that Silver is flawed (like literally anyone) and her emotions get away with her, and healthy repair is specifically a difficulty for her. That's why we get this "Silver is secretly a bitch" talk.
