Focus on one roster, one event and try to make sure that's organized well. Get people's input when you're planning the event to make it enjoyable for everyone involved. Organize it better and don't throw it into busy season, if you get rescheduled to the middle of busy season, try to move it, you're getting rescheduled anyways.
