Okay I went looking a lot deeper and it looks like they used to go by a different name on Twitch, which was cookiesvt. And sure enough, that account does have Silver listed as a follower, one of the few clips listed has Silver mentioned, and they have a piece of art in the bottom left in every clip that Silver's in. Doesn't corroborate any other part of their story, but knowing Silver from 2019 does seem possible.

That being said they also seem like a deeply unpleasant person to be around based on just scrolling through their Twitter to get to this point. They're VERY vocal and proud about being into shota and loli, and just pick fights with people all the time.
