There's a difference here. "Kill all cis males" will never be anything but a joke position, and should get treated as such. The other positions outlines a real problem, but has some baggage attached.

When you have a real, unironic position with baggage attached, like the aforementioned detransition argument, or the fact that people should be free to play a video game if they want to play it, it changes the whole situation. I'll be disappointed if a vtuber said something ill-conceived about my home country's political situation due to ignorance, but it wouldn't be this big of a deal. I would be dismayed, but it's not like me to think someone is just a pile of trash because they had one uninformed opinion.
