I dont think is THAT big, the problem is going trough hundreds of hours of videos and get the info needed thats why would be good if we use the hivemind for that, for starters the map that anon posted can be used to map the layout in game and then we could either go in creative mode or with moded buiding tools and replicate using the videos.

It's too big in scope. Once it's made, do you preserve it or do you let people edit it? If it's the former, then it's just a gallery to look at and has little practical use for anybody to regularly visit. I'd hate to see dedicated people waste their time on recreating something that already exists when they could make new things. Just my two cents.

Think of some grandiose build you could do that would really show how much you love your oshi, and just do it, no matter how daunting it is (no effort should be too great for your oshi, after all)! And who knows, you might find it wont take as long as you think. I thought it would take a solid week to find all the dragon heads for Luna's piano, but only took a day (thanks partly to charity)..

I'm somewhat burned out too but I also have alot of real life shit I need to do lately so that's a good thing for me really. I do have more projects in mind if the server's still around when I have free time again.
