Most people don't know you should be calibrating your model, but then again I don't think many (if any) riggers actually bother explaining this either, even if it's just link to guides.

Except it isn't. A vtuber buys and pays for a model, they can therefore use it as much or as little as they see fit. It isn't up to her to decide what a good vtuber is or isn't. Anyway, I used the free vtuber program on Steam, and it worked just fine with my face. And that using a really shitty webcam too.
Feels like most vtubers just use their webcams in a really dark room so it doesnt track their faces well.
