In my experience grammar and vocabulary are the easier parts to study, i went to english classes as a kid, but never studied outside of them, however, i did watch english youtube videos all day, it seems to have worked as i was consistently getting better grades than my classmates that did study, what i struggle the most with is accent since you really can't practice it the way i just talked about. Streaming in my native language is not an option for various reasons

The biggest hurdle to overcome is the first few seconds, and you did that.
I remember people mentioning they got 100% watched and still didn't get an interview. There are time where they will watch to the end to see if something comes up that will convince them to give you a chance, and there are times where they dip early because they have seen enough and know you'll be going to the interviews.
If you're good enough they don't need to watch the rest, they have already decided you deserve a closer inspection.
