Niji-sanji was originally the name of the application. (Niji-sanji App).
Niji-sanji official Liver means official streamer authorized by the app, and we are still just using that name.
Liver means a live streamer using the live streaming service.

ライバー is a generic Japanese term for a live streamer, they just adopted it to distinguish their main USP from that of a "virtual youtuber".
