The general rule of thumb is to disregard debuts and watch at least 2-5 streams between debut week and the following week to see how a new vtuber really is. Though if I had to describe how Hakka is at this current point in time he sort of gives off a Nijisanji English vibe (During the recent DBD (?) collab stream he brought up something related to jerking off and bantered about a sperm bank alongside Axel), for better or worse. He's a sweet boy that supports his senpai (including JP), but his voice can be pretty off-putting and he does that CAW CAW thing every now and then.
And before you ask, he's still loud but to a lesser degree.
