For attending fans it's 4400 JPY for the venue ticket and 2000 JPY for a talk ticket and once you get the venue ticket the chances you can talk to every talent you want are pretty high. Given that the previous talk tickets were 3000 JPY or 4000 JPY per talent it seems more than worth it especially for those with multiple oshis.
