Ina wins by default she's carries a concept beyond death,life, time and space. heck they exist and at the same time don't. Ancient Ones or The Great Old Ones are probably just below of an Outer god. The closest Great Old One who I could compare to Ina's Ancient One is Ghatanothoa, spawn of Cthulhu and Idh-yaa sealed for humans to worship, hence the vessel and a priestess.

Cthulhu is small fry in the Lovecraft verse. Most of the damage he can do comes from the mobs of schizos who form once he becomes active enough that people start seeing him in their dreams (no he doesn't drive everyone insane, just enough people to cause damage).
