FlaVR is an AI generated and AI-generation-friendly vtuber group with corpo-style collabs and "generations", with most assets used having been developed by viewers, fans or AI anons (henceforth referred to as AInons) who wanted to help. Starting from humble beginnings, FlaVR has managed to rise into a stable and fruitful vtuber group, with an organically growing community.
FlaVR, and it's dedicated thread /fvr/ started from a NovelAI "making my own vtuber company" stream by Phase Connect's Pipkin Pippa.
In the aforementioned stream, Pippa, with the help of her chat, designed 5 chuubas which ended up becoming the original group for what we now call FlaVR Fresh (1st Gen), which includes: Minna, Sena, Lolime, Rika, Donna (RIP) and eventually Juwun (Though he was not designed in this stream).
Very quickly some of the capippalists (Pippa's fans) made mock accounts on Twitter and Youtube as the characters and company. You can still see the now abandoned joke accounts, such as Temp Minna Vanilla twitter or the duplicate no video accounts on youtube.
Eventually, actual people started streaming, starting with Sena. As the viewers/proto-chuubas realized that there was potential here, more and more joined (and a couple left, such as TEMP minna, replaced with bread minna and Donna, who joined mostly as a joke and abandoned ship to go back to her personal account).
Not soon after, the concept for Nyana and Abigill (FlaVR TXC) got designed on stream as well, and the concept for Juwun recovered from an older stream.
As the original cast got established, AInons on the thread started designing vtuber concepts for fun, eventually coming up with Marie, Araminta, Nayvell, Jubilee and Coconut.

Just as FlaVR Fresh started establishing itself, a female anon asked if she could also stream as Dr. Lolime, a character who, up to that point, was being used by a male, who, while interesting, is somewhat unpopular on the thread. The anons agreed and she started streaming under the Dr. Lolime name, giving us the Kinolime/Brolime duality. This is the only legitimized duplicate, all other duplicates are either abandoned or were never used in the first place.

Not soon after FlaVR Sweet debuted, news about FlaVR started going around in vtuber circles. The chuuba we now call Mixie Mixin, started as duplicate of Marie Mehlo, under the Marie Mixin name. This caused some tension between the established chuubas and the starting Mixie, as Marie was not happy that someone was trying to take her character (unknowingly, but still). Eventually, after a couple viewers explained the situation to her, and communications with the established chuubas, Mixie redesigned into a smore-themed character, with a full redesign about a month later. Despite some remaining tensions, Mixie has been, for the most part, accepted as a member of FlaVR Sweet.

The original concept for Nyana Sextyn9 was an honest to god virtual camgirl, and the girl that took over the character originally kept very close to the kayfabe, from making playlists with blatant sexual topics to having her first stream be of a bootleg HuniePop game (there was a moment in the stream where tentacle sex was displayed for about 5 seconds). Eventually, Nyana made her way to the /fvr/ thread and asked if her undergoing a character redesign would be accepted, as while she tried to keep the kayfabe, she was not a camgirl, nor had those tendencies. The thread accepted and helped her redesign to a less sexualized character, which more closely matched her IRL behaviour.

I would write more about the extra chuubas, but seeing as this is optional not QRDish text and I'm running out of space I decided against it.

If she's looking for a solution that absorbs sound, there really isn't a cheap solution. You need dense material in which the sound can get trapped. Acoustic foam for the most part just eliminates the reverb inside the room, but depending on how big and open the room is consumer panels don't even do all that much. There is foam for absorption but you are looking at really heavy stuff which is overkill for the average household.

Echo reduction panels reduce sound by absorbing the soundwaves and turning them into heat, by that very process they are inherently sound-proofing, but not by a lot, as they were not designed with that in mind. She'd have to buy specialized soundproofing foam on top of some echo reduction foam (just put some echo foam in front and behind your PC setup and be done with it).

again it depends on her situation and what she's actually trying to do. there are way too many variables that affect absorbtion for example I'd need better material than her just by the fact that my voice is a lot deeper (like 80-100hz) which makes it harder for any material to block. I'll admit i haven't bought a bunch of panels and tried them out (i settled for a different solution that worked way better for me) but from what I've gathered, cheap panels don't do a lot they need to be thick and that drives up the price a lot. Eliminating reverb can be done for as cheap as 100 bucks, but if you want to stop audio from going out, it's gonna drive up the price. Also availability is going to be an issue, if you have to import this stuff you are fucked due to sheer size of the things and yku can save a lot if you get these second hand. (from dissolved studios / offices)
