Nope, and hololive talents have almost no say on their model and default outfit. Gura talked about it during her first year anniversary that they could request minor design changes but that some of them had every request rejected. It's why Aruran, Astel, Flare, and IRyS got redesigns and why other talents have complained on their RM accounts.

Cover has made the worst possible selections in holoEN for coomer bait outfits since Ina and Kronii absolutely hate their default outfits. It's easy to see how they feel since they do get to choose their new outfits.

Now to be fair, long legs and big breasts are things Wada normally goes for, but she usually makes it work because of the clothing and posing. The static front facing angle doesn't really work well, and the outfit doesn't do enough to change the silhouette to distract form how awkward the legs look. Her casual outfit fixes this a bit, swapping the solid black tights for high waisted jeans breaks things up a bit, and the trench-coat helps distract from the overall length of the legs and covers the thinness of the arms, downside, the hair is a bit worse, but im fine with it because the rest of it is absolute sex

There's an interesting contrast of visual elements with the metals of her chain, heart brooch, shoes, swords, and clock piece compared to the cutesy parts like her earrings, ribbon, and poofy sleeves.
