I dunno about a specific system, but my character sheet is divided into two parts. First part is a questionnaire about their goals, psychology (mask and counter-mask) and how they interact with other people. Second part is an autistic list of trivia relating to them like birth date, favorite animal, favorite porno, shit like that.
But I'm just giving those three the full treatment. Other major characters will probably just get the first part. But I'll write the story out more before I do that. Ugh, I still can’t get over the feeling of looming dread and melancholy this story manages to portray. You’re doing a stellar job, auntieanon.
The shifts from (you)r perspective to Fubu‘s have gotten cleaner as well, so I’m glad you have taken that to heart.
What I still can’t quite grasp in terms of character drive is why Fubu’s actually lusting for Anon. The immense love she feels I get, as well as the way she sees him as a sort of surrogate son, but why she actually feels attracted to him is a bit lost to me.
Same with Hana’s motivation. She seems a bit too flip-floppy between hating anon and then getting jealous of Fubuki. From what I see, she should be glad to have her in-law take care of him. Why would she want to have a son at home she doesn’t like just to then not take care of him? Just to spite Fubuki? I guess women can be like that, but it seems a bit too on the nose and plot convenient.
But that’s already really nitpicky of me - maybe just my personal preference, too. Anyways, looking really forward to the next chapter and hoping that collage anon can finally be messed up, but happy with his auntie

When this was still a WIP, it was about Fubuki coming to terms with her pedophilic tendencies and just grooming you, so everything spurted from that. I also have a bunch of fluff scenes where Fubuki slowly begins falling for little anon as they go, all mixed with her darker side.
As for her lust escapades, I've toyed with a couple of concepts, none that I've given enough thought just yet, but the main one was hinting that Fubuki was a victim of abuse herself, and that she's perpetuating the cycle herself
And as for Hana (blogpost warning) She's based on a real person I know, and one of the most foul people I ever met. She had a son to try and pin down a man that would provide for her and her other two, both of which came from different fathers, she was horrendous with money and would often steal from her own children because she felt as if they owed her, and despite being extremely manipulative and pretending to be super caring for them, she would destroy them verbally to the point they'd crumble inside so they'd stay in line. The person I'm talking about lost the keys to her store once, and in a fit of anger, she told her 11year old son that she wanted to die so she wouldn't have to put up with him anymore, all because he forgot to get his school uniform ready Hana is written after the kind of person who takes her anger on others and always covets ill intentions, but is actually too much of a pussy to actually stand up to her problems, and seems to enjoy her own misery to the point she'd perpetuate it simply so she has something to complain about, some sort of "scar" to show off.

Of course, the character's been amplified for fiction purposes, and if she came off exaggerated, I'll have to own it.

Alright so I just read this entire series, and... fuck. Despite the smut and overall premise itself being kinda boner-inducing(?), how fucked up it all is ultimately prevents me from getting off to it. It feels extremely wrong and evil, to the point where I don't think I can find it hot. Not that that's a bad thing mind you, strange as that may seem. From a narrative point of view I actually really enjoyed this because of how conflicted and disgusted it made me feel (but again, in a good way). It's definitely a unique experience and I find myself craving more. The highlights for me were the beginnings where present day Anon was going about his adult life. In particular I liked the beginning of chapter four where Anon goes clubbing. As an introvert (mostly), I fucking felt that. I resonated with the way he felt about the situation, especially for when I'm not in the mood.
I do have a few criticisms, like your tense switches to start off with. I didn't seem to notice it in the earlier chapters but at the beginning of chapter four, despite most of the story being told in past tense there's a few present tense sentences and verbs.

As I said I didn't notice it unless I paid proper attention, so it wasn't glaring. One thing that struck me as strange was Anon not knowing how to read, yet it was mentioned that "a girl from his class" had said something to him, implying he goes to school. Unless I missed something I highly doubt someone could go to school for that long and not be taught how to read. Other than that it was just a couple of grammar mistakes and occasionally it was a bit hard to tell who was talking in a conversation.

Pretty much. (You) are weak as fuck and have various health conditions, your companions are either more of a dead weight than Aqua or have apathetic attitiudes towards your wellbeing, and the survival conditions are less than desirable. I intended for that section to be set years back. In that scene, Anon is around 6 years old, while the premise (as seen up until now) is when he's around 9, approaching 10.

Unless you played it when it released or you're willing to mod it to make it run decently, I suggest you better wait for the Fallout 4: New Vegas mod instead.
FONV is a product of its time. It was a hell of a lot better compared to other FPSes and RPGs that came out in 2010, but saying that it still holds up to this day is an opinion of someone wearing rose-tinted glasses.
Don't get me wrong though; FONV still has an atmosphere that I'm convinced nothing else in its genre has matched to this very day

Here's the next chapter and my attempt at a series landing page. It feels like I blasted through this chapter, but I just built a fun momentum despite having to redo some sections a couple times. I'm really excited for what I get to write next, so hopefully the I can keep this pace.

There are resources that can help you better your writing in an objective way, such as vocabulary or painting a scene. As for writing itself, you either enjoy it, or you don't. If you want to write something, do it, a short story, a poem, a piece of dialogue, etc.

If you're looking for resources to get started or better your prose or such, then read Bird by Bird by Lamott and Letters to A Young Poet. They have some solid advice.
Read lots of books as well, that way you can shape your own style by seeing what you like and what you don't, but read with the intent of reading, not just finishing a book.

And lastly, write. You can't get good at it if you don't. Your first writings are going to be shit, and you'll look back at them and cringe, but that's part of the process.

I do not think the lack of response on a series boils down solely to writing quality, as opposed to oneshots. Rather, I believe it's a fate all long running series here are doomed to meet here. The average novel usually cuts under 100k words and there are some stories here that go well above that. I AM that author. I've never paid the threadshitters who tend to have a hateboner for my story and the stories of others any mind. This story has always been the kind I wanted to tell, and I have a blast doing it. Even if it doesn't get a ton of traffic, it's still fun, and I enjoy the things I'm creating. I've also noticed that my style, poise, and even plots have gotten so much better since the early chapters of this series. I still look back on my first two arcs and see how I would improve upon them knowing what I know now, and it feels kinda good being able to read them and know I've improved.
