They're week old vtubers. This "unnatural" activity is due to new attention on them. If a million threads on Mori after her appearance on Meme Review aren't abnormal this isn't either.

There are a couple reasons why I don't buy this.

1. She is the least popular NijiEN. Lowest sub count and lowest viewership yet threads about her get spammed on this board
2. The other two, who are both more popular than her, don't get spammed to hell and back on this board (their thread activity is more in line of what you would expect for new vtubers of their size)

There is an active shill campaign either organized by her fans or by her herself. It's blatantly obvious if you are paying any attention at all.

Pomu is such a fun, sweet and adorable color. It just doesn't do it justice. So I was super happy when Pomu went up a huge wall to collect Pompom!

Now, my husband and I used our last night playing Pompom and Pomu just fell apart. I think she's a fabulous shade. It's cute in the morning! Pomu is on my hair and for me, the next morning Pomu just disappeared from my hairbrush because he wasn't able to keep his eyes away from what I looked like.

Whether something is offensive or not mostly depends on how you use it for terms like those. Black for example tends to still be offensive if you use it as a noun instead of an adjective, same goes for gay. To take your example "Black lives matter" is fine because lives is the noun. If you instead said like "the lives of blacks matter" you may get an odd look though since the use is "positive" and not neutral or negative it cancels out and won't be taken offensively the large majority of the time.
