overall Valorant is more snappy and can swing from one round to another.
CSgo for example, in some rounds the second a person dies, the rest of the team will play defense, saving up their weapons and triying to pick a kill, effectively ''gifting'' the round, while in valorant people will instead play more agressive, since even if you are in the backfoot, utility can offset the loss of a teammate. Alrighty, so the boss got back to me and this is what we would need.

"What you absolutely need is
a) 23 man roster of players, all of them with distiguishable names between them. You should get suggestions for player names, and vote on them if there are too many. Or just decide on your own, you decide
b) a wiki page for the team here: https://implyingrigged.info/wiki/Main_Page (just type rrat in the search bar and click the red hyperlink to create it)
c) a logo for your team

What you should worry about after you have those 3 things
d) Select 4 players to be medals with extra stats, and one of them to be your team captain.
e)Pick music. You should have at bare minimum Anthem, a Victory Anthem, and a general goalhorn plus a chant or two
f)Have a list of what each player will look like to make the actual models. This will take time, but there are plenty of guides."

So if there is interest, I think this could be a fun group project for us, even if we will be busy watching streams this month.
