Looks like the village dumping site. There is at least one place like this in every village in Java for people to dump their oversized trash like refrigerator, TV, and furnitures. It's also usually also a small business, people will pay them to take their trash and they will usually put them in a pile like this near their home to salvage them for scraps to be sold.
It is the only way to deal with large trash in Indonesia.
