Nijisanji often makes creepy vagueposts about "slander against the company" for no apparent reason. For example when people spread that "collab fees" rumor and another time I don't even know what prompted it.

Nijisanji has way less lower management than Hololive does and also doesn't pay out fixed salaries. They don't pay attention to what their smaller vtubers are doing. This is the case for NijiJP and is becoming more and more apparent now that EN is getting larger and larger while the number of managers stays the same.

Niji management aren't really management in a traditional sense. they're more akin to "content managers" on youtube where they serve as a contact between the streamer and their organization. Remember that niji didn't even give them something as simple as a minecraft server. it was set up and managed by one of the talents.
