Having debuted very recently, it is still too early to do the second batch of Tempus but, for whole branch, here it goes.

They came out from their very very VERY high debut buff, which constantly wore off up until they more or less stabliized on the 2.7k line in early October, and remained like that more or less until mid November when a STEEP recline kicked in.

They benefited from Vesper return from his suspension to incline back to a 2k average in early January, then the newly debuted boys pushed them as "high" as a 2.6k average on the 16th.
It seems the new boys debut buff wore off much quicker than the old ones tho, and the branch as a whole already reclined back into the 2.3k region less than one month after the debuts, meaning they will more likely than not recline below the 2k line after the "month" anniversary of the second batch if nothing exceptional happens in the meantime.
