It's a bit more polished than some CGDCT shows with some wacky animation moments. If you find it good really depends on the relationship between the viewer and the main character. You either find her an annoying floormat or you find her a bit relateable or you find her pitiable and you keep watching to watch her grow.

The music's fine, nothing groundbreaking, and the cast has a few people up in arms about Best Girl, but all in all a pretty solid ride and you might as well give it a go to find out where all these silly emotes are coming from.

The source code is possibly the least important component of the technology, especially if he's just using freely-available neural network architecture implementations.

What would be a good game for Neuro to play in a collab with another vtuber?
The existing games could just about work, but they would lead to very different styles of interaction.
For example, having someone help her play Minecraft (protecting her from lava) could be funny, although it might be boring for the other streamer, as the gameplay would effectively be an escort mission.
On the other hand, playing Pokemon Showdown would allow for some toxic banter between the two, which might be funny, depending on if the other streamer is into that (and likes Pokemon battles).
I'd love to see Neuro play Clubhouse 51 games with a friend, as those games have simple mechanics that an AI could play at an adjustable skill level (to match the opponent and make it interesting). Also, by being aware of the game state, the AI could give really good commentary (and trash talk, if necessary).
Having to do image-recognition (even for turn-based games) is probably unrealistic, though, so I guess the game really needs to be one that is designed for modding.
