If I was to take a stab in the dark then I would assume a huge dial back on conventions, store/restaurant collaborations, and 3D stuff besides lives. The costs of these probably aren't worth it since most of them don't gain much money. That would mean EN won't get an official 3D debut.

I would also assume that EN and ID will merge directly with Hololive JP instead of being considered a side branch to clamp down on some shit. That will probably cause some friction but it's either fall in line or leave.

I'm also assuming Vesper will get kicked out or won't be renewed for being himself and causing too many issues.

So 1. He think it's likely there is going to be a lot of sad announcements this year

2. He likened one of the problems to when characters get a 'Silent Nerf', where there's a patch where a character has been changed to be a lot worse but it isn't written in the patchnotes.
