The important part however is the demoralizing effect it has on your fanbase. Every child wants to be mama's favorite, and you made your choice. If the only way to be your equal is to become a male vtuber, they will stop donating or making art for you and they will start working on their vroid instead. This is in fact the reason why this thread is in its current state.
A gosling on a chuuba mask is still a parasocial, you solved nothing, you changed nothing, you just gave them the tools to act on their fantasies.

Now you have dedicated gachis who owould spend hours working on clips for you working on their own streams instead.
