Many holos play games that they don't know about, and they never know if they will be good at them or not, so they always start off their streams with a disclaimer -

They also occasionally put up a banner on a layer on top stating something of similar effect, like "Please be kind" in pic related or "No spoilers please" or "No backseating please" etc.
This obviously doesn't stop all bad chat behavior, but it at least isolates it to the people who are not your fans, but maybe tourists who just came for the game.
Simply ignore them, and they will either adjust to the vibe of the stream or move on.
