It happens. If you have it set to "save before hi-res" you might notice a ton more fishnets than you saw at the end. An upscaler other than latent, like Anime6B, might keep them around better, but it works better with less photorealistic stuff.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think you have to train the concept on a word that doesn't exist in the model so you don't risk messing up existing information or make a weird meld of the data.
The only way the model will know to call on the trained data is by the identifier. That being said in LoRA's case you could technically get away by increasing the strength though you risk unstabling the gen (especially if you use Latent, the pic literally explodes sometimes lol).

I updated SecretSauceMix with hll3.1 and ran a prune script on it. That lowered the size from 5.6GB to 3.9GB, works on safetensors too, and seems good.
Left out gape60 this time because Im just not feeling like prompting hardcore porn all that much anymore. And if I want to ill just merge it in.

It's a pain in the ass making pictures right now, apparently from reading the issues on Github there's something fucked that causes more VRAM to be used, that's why I have to go use medvram.
Medvram itself feels much slower than it used to be.
I can't really downgrade anymore, plus I like the LoRa integration, so I'm hoping it gets fixed soon but it seems to have been an issue for about 3 to 4 weeks.

if you have the change log at the top, and the link back to the original notebook, then yes, you have the latest version. and you're welcome. extensions should work fine, but for most of them, you have to go enable them in the extensions tab, click the orange button there, go back to the Colab and kill WebUI by hitting the Play button turned "X", and then launch it again.
that's one of the reasons launching it is separated into its own box. the shit in the first box doesn't like to be run twice, "Your Google Drive is already mounted"
also if there's an extension enough people use, I can have it "git clone" it before launching. the booru tag auto-complete one was a no-brainer. I left the "NAI convert" one out because it's kind of broken on newer webui versions.

Anyways, if it's the extension that's just labeled "Dreambooth" on the installation page in webui, you can try this. Hovering between cells shows you the option to add a new Code or Text cell. Add it beneath the huge "Download webui, model, and VAE, SETUP" cell. Make sure you run that one first too. Then make a "Code" cell. Put the following line in there, exactly as shown

Setting it to anything else means the second pass that highres fix does uses that step count. It usually doesnt need to go all the way on the second pass.
It doesnt save me that much difference on a 3090, maybe 20-30 seconds maybe if I lower step count? But it might do for you.

So I know we were trying to figure out how to prune models in the past but I came across this link when I was redoing the OP.

So while that guide says no the github says yes and its what I did for SSMHLL3.
And it was super EASY 5.6 GB > 3.9 GB

Faunanon almost retard proof guide to pruning your models folder:
Git clone the repo or just DL the prune.py
Place prune.py in your models folder stable-diffusion-webui\models\Stable-diffusion
Copy paste the file location folder
Open command line/console
Type: cd(on windows) and ctrl +v your stable diffusion model previously so that you are now inside the models directory.
Example: "cd C:\Where the fuck you installed it\stable-diffusion-webui\models\Stable-diffusion"
Now type: python prune.py name_of_model_you_want_to_prune.safetensors name_of_model_you_want_it_to_be_after_pruned-pruned.safetensors
Enter

Profit, Check back on the directory
If you did it right you should have a significantly smaller model named -pruned
