The first one only implies that you are talking about future plans but given context clues that should be enough. Spoken German would definitely rather use the first one to keep it simple but when taking an exam it would depend on if your teacher wants to teach you useful German or if they are only thinking in written German.
Speaking of written German, my teachers always told me to keep the number of subordinate clauses to a minimum in writing and turning them into adjectives instead. So "jeder neue Superchat, den ich Kiara schicke" would turn into "jeder neue an Kiara geschickte Superchat" - but only in writing, not a single person would speak like that. Although in this case a simple "jeder neue Superchat für Kiara" would work both in written and spoken German while keeping the number of commas in the sentence lower.

I certainly didn't want you to spam her with supas every stream but the next time you get that itch again (months down the line or whatever) mentioning you are learning German might be an idea.

There was a phase were many Germans tried to make her speak German. I'm not entirely sure why she is relunctant to speak it but she might not like her voice in German as much.
During the off-collab arc people have pointed out that Kiara sounds different when speaking Japanese even beyond not having a Go-XLR and she also sounds slightly different when speaking German.
