Big companies have trouble making small adjustments to their routing, assuming they know what to change to begin with.

Upper management is full of people who were at the right place and time. Myth being a hit made JP management think EN management was competent and they let them do whatever they want (which was nothing at all).

themselves, they're not being closely monitored by JP management because the Japs don't know shit about the west and are leaving it all to them to handle it. Only way to maybe change things is to send in complaints to Cover but it's likely someone from the EN team would intercept those complaints that directly attack EN management for being shit so nothing would be fixed.

some have gone around the en managers to get their stuff done, like gura's daki. sadly they seem to have decided dragging their feet is an appropriate response to that

>> No.41405158

They'll never get their shit together, they probably think they're doing a great job. The only thing that can save EN is firing all the current management and replacing them with chad unicorn idolfags that will implement full gender segregation and mandatory minimum streaming hours per week.

Every time I open a HoloEN stream, their CCV is lower than it was a month ago. I don't know what management is thinking, but this ain't it.

ID management is the best compared to the other two. Give them the power and they will revolutionize Cover. They just lack the power to give advice to the upper management and EN because they manages the smallest and hardest market so they looks underperforming.

What looks good for career advancement? Talent management is not an end-job, it's a stepping stone. Everyone knows celebrityhood is fickle.
Merch releases, con appearances, launching new branches, fan shops - anything that looks like it stands out - all these are distinct points on your resume to talk about in your future interviews. Same shit with IryS, saying you personally spearheaded, drove, and directed all the music projects sounds much better than 'facilitated talent in accomplishing vision'. They want the credit and involvement regardless of end product quality.
On the other hand, no one cares if you write 'presided over talent streaming X hours a month'. Your contribution is minimal. No one cares if you wrote 'obtained X permissions'. That's expected, it's part of your job. It's actually worse for you if the talent streams more, because more streams equals more chances for them to cause a PR disaster somehow and more work for you. It's not like you get paid more if they get paid more either. At most you qualify for a bonus you would have qualified for anyway. So it's in your interest to reduce their public exposure and increase the number of behind-the-scenes projects. Even better if they don't come out so you can talk about your valuable experience working on them and how good they would have been without being challenged by reality.

Like most corporos they're paid to manage company assets and have no perspective as to what fans/consumers actually want. They think parasocial interactions are a bad thing and should be actively pushed back against when their entire business model depends on it.
