It's incredibly obvious and I don't know how everyone else hasn't figured it out yet--Gura is on an indefinite suspension. Cover needed her to promote Tempus for them to revive that failing branch, but she refused, and they started restricting her privileges up to and including streaming privileges. They can't let their secret out because it would make them look bad and vindicate the unicorns, so they let mane-chan tweet and let Gura appear in pre-recorded lives.

I do believe that Gura has been suspended but this fight started long before Tempus got released. Ina was acting depressed and stressed out in early 2022. At that time Gura and Sana were more vocal in their complaints towards management and had their streaming hours plummet.

After Sana's graduation the EN branch was demoralized and Ina made statements that indicated she was thinking of quitting. During her second room review stream Ina said that she really didn't like revealing outfits and in the next stream had to take a health break where she went radio silent for over 2 months. There are enough puzzle pieces to put together the truth especially if you know what happened with Flare.
