Kiara was a noob at MC and still isn't super-skilled at it so Peko has yet to be truly impressed by her. Kiara's Pekoland KFP is at least actually-decent looking inside - which is a big step up from her original one on the EN server - but doesn't do anything crazy like actually cook chickens for food etc (which wouldn't even be that hard actually, vs say something that comes delivers the food to your table). If anything they're lucky Peko does care about just style/form sometimes too unlike Aqua being mostly about the technical details.
