Use a VPN with an endpoint in the country whose currency you want to use, in this case Argentina. Buy the membership while connected to the VPN, I believe it will only let you use visa or mastercard for ARS. After that you can disconnect the VPN and never use it again, unless you want to make membership changes.
Basically the currency in which youtube products are offered is based on your purchasing IP's country, and they don't seem to give a fuck where you actually watch from
