Shion is too normal to attract a significant number of EOPs. She's relatively subdued, doesn't have a super unique voice (though it is beautiful), mainly does zatsudans, and doesn't really have any kind of gimmick. Her most popular clips are the ones where she's with Aqua. She could change a few of these things, but she's too easygoing and probably won't bother putting significant effort into it.
