I think it's a great choice, actually, very on theme what with it being AIgis' song. At first I was worried it goes too high for Neuro since she doesn't handle high notes well but upon relistening to it it doesn't go as high as I remembered so I think it would work very well.
The only thing is that it's a pretty melancholic song and Neuro-sama's return should be an occasion to celebrate so in that sense it doesn't fit the vibe but Vedal has plenty of time to train her on multiple songs this time, maybe even legit do a full karaoke stream, so it could simply be balanced out with a more energetic song right after.

Overall, Japanese people tend to have a certain respect and awe for craftsmen and a certain rejection of artifacts.
In particular, AI systems that combine originals to create art, sound, etc. sometimes discourage artists, and while the tools themselves are understandable, they cannot be allowed to complete everything on their own.
It may be fine for a cartoonist to use for backgrounds and coloring, but anything that leaves all the characters and ideas to an AI will probably lose interest gradually, even if it is interesting at first. In that sense, AIvtubers are exactly that, and if they are not played by a person, I think people will recognize that they are no longer the same as inorganic objects talking.

If Vedal really wanted to make sure she can't be tricked into saying something that breaks the TOS, he should publish the code for whatever censorship system he is working on.
That way we could suggest improvements, like where the filters are too strict, or not strict enough.
