Sea ants are in a weird place, since they don't really make sense in terms of an arctic or cold climate and I don't want to just copy and paste the Sea Soggoth into Vitubia since that'd be stupid. I've got some ideas as to how it'd go down but all in all it's mostly dissasembled in a lore doc somewhere, it's probably going to end up like the Brapgul and Gummy Worm where a few things are plucked from the source but all in all its its own thing. Forgot to comment. I guess ants moving through the whole colony makes sense. The ants rubbing against each other can create warmth through friction to keep the colony warm. Also when ants rotate in and out of the colony they create air-conditioning by releasing excess heat outside in the cold air. Meaning the nest inside is warm enough for eggs to hatch.

The downside I see about this is that ants would need lots of food to keep constantly moving. So it makes sense they'd raid the shores of the candy kingdom to stock up on carbs and protein.

Yes, I think that's always where I'm finding a bit of a sticking point. It'd make much more sense for these ants to be mostly in a warmer climate since there's more food and its way easier to survive there. I rember mentions about artic expeditions and research stations with nations that I think I ignored but I think we should go all /x/ artic pyramids and giantess tribes in the deep artic. Tons and tons of schizos are tossed there uncaringly by janitors and its established that thr larger the population density of schizos, the more powerful their rrat field. The artic could possible an entire echo chamber of schizophrenic energy that bounces off itself, that's not even factoring in the schizophrenia of the Chinese, which is so powerful it persists even after the death of their chuubas. With Artia still being a pretty contentious figure, I'd buy that her powers as an ice witch can stave off hypothermia or even create isolated pockets capable of housing life.

Yeah, the Arctic circle would be a frozen hellhole, especially the arctic landmass separated from the Holocontinent by the two straits. We can presume the Holonations have the slightest modicum of control over their own lands, but the Arctic landmass is basically our Antarctica. I think that would also be a prime location for stuff like /jp/ ruins, since it would be impossible to survive up there without advanced tech/magitech, and they would be better preserved than in warmer parts, besides being covered in ice. I did have some ponderings, yeah. It's just my personal take on it, though. But I think the japonian's magic would probably make use of a system similar to chuubanite conceptually, but which only works in /jp/. Nipponite maybe kek. That would explain why all their shit stopped working after the split. And it's well supported by the current system, where Nipponium would only be able to draw energy from /jp/'s Heavenly Realm, not /vt/'s, or something like that.
As for what it would be... Could be anything. One big faction would be inspired by 2hu, and those fuckers have fairies and mechas. The system allows for nearly anything and since it's set in the hyperwar there are no concerns for balance. The only requirement is that it doesn't function anymore after the split.
I'm thinking of having the emptied husk of some kind of aircraft carrier inspired by the KanColle threads as a point of interest, that could be fun.

Reminds me of SCP 804, I remember liking that one a good bit. I like the idea of it being part robo graveyard and part The Zone from Stalker, I'd also like to throw in some old schizo ideas from /x/ like I said about fucked up plants and shit that grow where they really shouldn't be able to, possibly due to an effect from a device. it's palatable to the general public, i just suck at explaining it. more importantly, it's a passion project of mine, along with a few others, with incredible versatility and depth to it, any rework of the system to dumb it down for "the general public" would, without exception, make it an inferior system. if you are going to rework it, you'd need to find something with even higher versatility, and greater depth, which would necessarily make it harder for the general public to understand. dumbing down things for general audiences is the perfect solution to having too much kino and soul in your dime a dozen generic fantasy setting for retards, sub-halfwits, and simpletons, we either avoid it or commit sudoku, no third option is tolerable. you guys who think it's too difficult to try to work within the chuubanite system should go to /wg/.

Microplates aren't visibile on our current tectonic plate map because they only show the major (I think minor plates too) plates, and micro plates as the other anon just said as I was typing this up are localized plates or next to other major plates. They are called micro because they are >1 million km2. There is even a debate today about whether or not such plates should be considered distinct portions of the crust.

For the purposes of worldbuilding, It is a worthy discuss because as I said, they can add more flavour and uniqueness to nations that desire them. I do not believe in moving the major plates, but microplates are different because they wouldn't impact much beyond the local area.

Magic Giant Squirrels for your Paladins to ride, chuubanitrophic squirrels to be precise. Im thinking about the nesting locations of the Sunset Dove and I thought if it would make sense for them to be nocturnal since then most of their predators would be asleep? I imagined the wild Sunset Dove sleeping through the day in nests they build on the steep limestone cliffs found in the hilly and more mountainous eastern parts of /nasfaqg/ where they would be relatively safe from predators due to it being difficult for any land creature to reach them. They would wake up in the evening and fly towards the sunset to the west where they spent the night by doing whatever birds do.

Looking from the main island it would look like every sunrise the doves fly to the east (where they sleep through the sunlight hours) and then every sunset the doves return from the east to idk, find food and stuff on the main island during the evening and night. Maybe they'll search marketplaces for food scraps that were left behind by humans during their sunlight hours shopping.

This is ofc, talking only about the wild variety of the bird. Im thinking of using the term "Golden Pigeon" to refer to the domesticated Sunset Doves specifically.

Well whatever details you decide is up to you. I'm glad I gave you enough information to get started. The idea if them flying with sun behind their backs for optimal for color seeing animals. As long as they fly during sunrise and sunset I think it works for daylight or night time. Making doves nocturnal would make them interesting.

Forgot to reply to lighthouses. Its possible for doves to hide in the light. However I think that requires training. The light can reflect off of the bird at other angles making them easy for interceptors to catch.
