I think averages and the like doesn't give the full picture. Noctyx have a higher ceiling, and the niji factor means sometimes just get a 10K stream. But they'll also randomly sink fairly low, sometimes they are just stuck at 2-3k for a few streams. Tempus have a 5k celing outside of something really buff, but will mostly stay around 1-2k sometimes a high 3 view.

So it is like half the time they are fairly close, but then half the time they'll go to the opposite ends of their spectrum.
