What you're seeing is the EN equivalent of the JP schizo who rants about the girls and shits on them with their twitter. They always put the girls' name so that it shows up when they do egosa, and they always keep hoping that they will get some attention from the girl by doing this.
Actions always speak much louder than words, which is why Sora still has so many gachis despite collabing with the homos a lot. Soratomos trust her and she has yet to break that trust, so there's no need to address things said by people who aren't her fans.

The current problem is that Gura and a lot of others are not streaming at all, so this "trust" thing is at an all time low. Hence her own fans will get worried by the doomposters.
