Yes, this is true for Japanese Twitch. Look at all of the big channels. Nearly all are FPS
There are even other vtubers who stream on both YouTube and Twitch, but use Twitch almost exclusively for FPS.

Obviously switching to yt wouldn't solve anything outright, but it is extremely glaring she's not a good fit for Twitch. On Youtube there's more of a genuine Vtuber audience who care more for the personality/streamer themselves more than anything else. Twitch is a lot harder to build an audience like that, especially when not playing the to meta, and unless Nazuna wants to play nothing but Tarkov for the next month, she's not playing into the meta.

Issue is that bipolar isn't easy to manage and sometimes medication can have unintended side effects where it targets mania(most bipolar meds focus on mania, I get the logic behind it but this always irritated me because at least manic people are happy) makes other potential symptoms(like mixed states) worse.
And mental healthcare in Japan is garbage in quality. You have to go out of your way to look for a doctor with a meaningful understanding of what they're doing.
