And another part of the problem is how they're treating the StarsEN hiring process. HoloEN appears to be understaffed and not to ever have enough resources to get their shit together, so there’s this idea that Cover doesn’t want to pour more money into EN because they think it’s better to spend more on JP or whatever. So given these limitations, any time and effort being spent on Tempus is time and effort not being spent on EN3.
If we were sure that there was infinite time and money that could be poured into both branches, then this might be less popular of a rrat. But since A.)
