It seems more complicated than that. FlaVR would have worked without the AI art and part of it is being rebellious online and part of it is Pippa. PC and other corpos try to act like it didn't happen but indies don't have PR and lawyers. They also complain that anyone could do well by joining a big corpo and they're right to a point. I don't know if it's jealousy or if it's upset at the market, but it's probably a bit of both. Right now they only have Sena and Minna to be jealous of having an audience.

A quick and dirty guide (I should update the doc):
Higher sample rates usually get better images, but it's a decreasing gain. You gain a lot going from 20 to 30, but you gain little by going from 90 to 100.
Sample Methods are different algorithms to determine images. The 'a' methods are less deterministic (they add noise). Use Euler or Euler a to design proompts, then switch to Heun to make the images.
If going above 512x512 you'll need to enable highres fix, this will add about 20s (on your 1050) of processing per image.
CFG is how strictly does the AI follow the prompts. Low CFG is very creative, but will add unintended stuff. High CFG is very deterministic, will not add ANYTHING you didn't specify. You want it somewhere on the middle. (Pic related).
You'll want to install the CUDA toolkit, as this toolkit reduces the processing time by about 30%: https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads

So honest feedback time from me. Let me start by saying you did a fantastic job on the model, but I do have some opinions for you as you requested. First, I think the shirt is kind of tacky. I think it would be fine, except it doesn’t really feel like it fits with the art style of that the model and stands out like a sore thumb. Second, I think it looks very similar to what Kusuri was going for silhouette wise. You are both petite girls with long hair, oversized tops, and flat chests. I personally don’t mind, but thinking like a potential viewer, they will see you both as just reskins of the same character in the same group. I may try to bump her chest larger to fix this and I doubt this particular model would draw any similarities to Koopa. Third, I would brighten up the hair color a bit. If you don’t want to go toward the forest green Koopa has, perhaps play around with a blue-ish green to represent water or a multi-colored hair.

Overall, again, I really like what you are working with and feel free to ignore my opinions and make the model closer to what you want. This is your streaming model, so what you feel comfortable with is more important. Also, if you need help because you feel your skills are limited as is, reach out to one of the current talents, and I’m sure they would be willing to help or at least point you in the direction of someone who can.

Something else to take into consideration that I thought of when I woke up this morning about the shirt is you will probably never be able to get AI art with that shirt if you are going to use it as your “default” design. As you can see from a lot of the other girls, the AInons tend to create a sort of “profile design” to then work off of in the future for their AI art of the character. This goes for thumbnails, twitter photo posts, chibi art for reactive images when collabing on another person’s channel, and other media that depicts your character. I think the rest of the character would be fine for AI gens, but I wouldn’t know because I’m not a prompter. Just some more stuff to consider. As for the drawing of hoodies, I’d ask around /here/ or one of the other girls for help there. There’s plenty of other talented people around /here/ that I’m sure would be willing to help out.

That last sentence is something I think the /fvr/bros, including myself, sometimes forget. The meme magic well has basically dried up. From here on out if we want to see any growth, we have to do it the old fashioned way of making content people want to watch: do something creative and interesting to watch. You can only get so far with zatsu, karaoke, and playthroughs. Sena pulled 3view today because she set out with a premise of talking about HTF. Once that ended, viewers started dropping because well, what they came for was over. Those that were interested in the karaoke after stayed, those that weren't left.

Which model did you use?
If certain concepts don't work well, consider training an embed to force that concept. You need around 150 images of the concept, with all the tags. You then remove all the tags that directly identify what you want to embed.
For example, lets say you have 150 images of Pekora in a lot of scenarios and you want to specifically make a pekora embed. You'd manually have to remove all which DIRECTLY identifies what you want to embed, so carrot hair ornament, rabbit girl, rabbit ears, etc. So the AI knows what is already there (the tags you didn't remove) and what is it supposed to learn (the tags that were removed).
In general niche/specific concepts are harder to proompt without embeds. The coomers at /h/ have even managed to train a fucking cumjar embed, to make jar waifu images.
