The reason why Ina doesn't sound like Ina at all is because I intend her to be nothing more than just Watson talking to herself. "Ina" is basically Ame's detective partner in the story, a way for Ame to discuss clues and reveal more of her character. Think of it more like Ame having a tulpa as her own Watson out of desperation
But you have given me an interesting way of how to characterize "Ina". Instead of having her sound like Ame's inner thoughts from the get-go, I'd have her act like the real Ina at least at first. Until she drops all pretenses, considering that she's just Ame's subconsciousness.

If anyone is tempted to make the same mistake I did and sign up for Matsuri's membership to see what her new ASMR stream was like, don't bother unless you like hearing "Matsuri no koto shuki?" ad nauseum. Yeah, the process has a log file that lists which links aren't reachable along with the story's name. If it's missing but in the previous hard archive I'll copy it over.

The one issue is that as AA removes broken links (or gets a takedown request) from the archive, V2 won't know about it since I pull a fresh copy every time I run. So say Story A was in v1, but removed from the story list when v2 runs, I have no way to know I need to include the copy made from v1.

This should be fixed for v3 and on because I'll be able to know which stories are already archived instead of doing a full pull.

The general outline I initially had in mind was along the lines of:

The visual novel is pretty good I'd say yeah. It's not perfect, Nasu's sense of pacing is a bit poor, he has a tendency to write in circles and has a trend to throw a piece of lore and not really explain it.
