I hear this but I don't understand the math. How cheap are some of the areas people live in? How much donations are you expecting in a week. subs are only 20-30% and that's a generous estimate (not counting gifted, that would be under donations). It all just seems too low.

I have a couple streamer friends that are low 3view (100s) and make about 1.2k a month.
Given that bills cost about 400 in total, groceries 100-200, the rest you can hold for yourself.
Googling this shows that some 3view streamers make upwards of 2k a month on twitch. (according to a few 3views on reddit, with one making 17k in 3 months.)
