Unless I fucked the time conversions up that'd be roughly 11 AM or 5 PM EST, and in my experience there's a lot more people streaming closer to the latter. But then again that's because there's more people around to catch that and not at school/work, so it's really a tradeoff on if you'd rather have more viewers or more potential competition for viewers.

I'd say my opinion is probably 12am SGT, as it doesn't conflict much, meaning more viewers not multi-tabbing and it means you can end when you are tired rather than needing to wake up every morning early.

You can just call her armadillo girl if you want. It describes what she is at least.
If you want a cool name I guess you have to ask yourself first if you want it in english or japanese, if you want it to be a descriptive name that references what she is and how she looks or if you want it to be a more symbolic name.
I'm gonna give it a shot and say maybe something built around "Rolly" or "Rollie" because armadillos turn into a ball and roll and that resembles wheels which also ties her to the road theme you have going.

Roadkill is pronounced the same, but with the -u flare they put at the end, so that won't work very well.
