i have a 2 view girlfriend and I do the setup for her sometimes. The only thing she asks me to do is her thumbnail which could take some time depending on how eye catching you want it to be. It takes me half an hour to create a good thumbnail but can be dumb down into 5-10 minutes. The streaming itself doesn't take long at all. The usual 5-10 minutes loading screen of holo girls is enough to setup games. OBS is also an outstanding application and even kids with very little experience would know how to set it up if they can read.
